panfried tuna steak with infused soya dressing & steamed asian greens

4 Southern Bluefin Tuna steaks sliced as thick as desired

Ingredients - infused soya

2 cups light soya
1/2 cup honey
Small knob garlic, chopped ginger & finely chopped lemongrass
1/4 teaspoon Chinese Five Spices

Method - infused soya
Heat above ingredients on stove top and simmer for 1 hour and strain.
Steam Asian green vegetables, dressed in dash of sesame oil.
Simply panfry Tuna steaks till desired doneness, present with soya & green parsnip (parsnip puree or potato mash would work well).
